At the end of last week I shared information regarding the school district APR (Annual Progress Report). This report is a requirement of the Iowa Department of Education and is reported annually to the Board of Education and school community. A summary of the APR will be included on the Benton website under the District Information link.
Below are the proficiency tables in the areas of math and science. The bar graph includes proficiency scores for Benton students, AEA 10, and the State of Iowa at grades 4,8, 11. Trend data is very valuable in assessing strengths and weaknesses and guiding curricular and instructional decisions.
