Sponsors of this event includes GWAEA, Rockwell Collins, Source Media Group, the Eastern Iowa Compact, and others. Benton Community will be represented with Nate Woeste as a individual project finalist for the video "Make It Relevant". These student videos will be aired on Channel 9 in the near future.

Student Voice Video Contest Awards Program
This evening the Student Voice Video Contest awards ceremony will be held at CSPS in NewBo in Cedar Rapids starting at 7:00 p.m. This video contest is a part of the efforts of the Eastern Iowa Compact. Students from school districts were encouraged to create videos focused on the importance of transforming schools for the innovation age from the perspective of students.
