Open Enrollment Deadlines for 2014-2015 School Year

This is a reminder that the Open Enrollment deadline for the 2014-2015 school year is March 1, 2014.   In order to be assured forms are filed in a timely fashion any requests for Open Enrollment must be filed with the district office by Friday, February 28th.  With Open Enrollment the receiving districts have an obligation to deny applications filed after March 1st unless the application meets good cause criteria.  The resident district does not have the authority to act on an application filed after March 1st unless the applicant claims harassment or severe health need.  If you have any questions regarding the Open Enrollment process, please contact the Central Administration Office.
