Early this morning Benton Community High School recognized the spring Academic Letter winners with a program in the auditorium. In order to be recognized for an academic letter a student must maintain a 3.25 GPA or higher for four consecutive terms. Mr. Bieschke, High School Principal provided a message to those in attendance speaking about the importance of integrity and leadership.
Congratulations to all of the award winners this morning, their parents, and families. There were 165 Benton students recognized at the program including 55 sophomores, 67 juniors, and 43 seniors. This represents about 44% of the high school student body eligible for this honor. Best wishes and continued academic success!
