Tonight the Lady Bobcat basketball team will compete at the Girls State Basketball Tournament at Wells Fargo Arena starting at 6:45 p.m. While this is certainly an exciting time for these young ladies and the basketball program at Benton, it is also a very important event for the entire school community. I am sure there will be a long trail of cars on Highway 30 or Interstate 80 heading to the game this evening. I always look forward to just capturing a moment to enjoy the "sea of blue" that will ascend upon Wells Fargo Arena.
