Benton Community welcomed students back to school today and it was a very positive and energized start to a new school year. I want to take this opportunity to thank the staff and building administrators for their preparation for the start of a new year. I also want to thank our students for their positive energy and efforts in making the first day of school a great experience!
While the overall headcount enrollment is down from last year the drop is much less significant than last year. As of today, we had 1457 students enrolled in the District compared to 1476 last year. We look forward to working with Benton students throughout the school year!
