The holiday season can be a stressful time. As you get ready for celebrations with family and friends, remember that this is a time to practice the spirit of the holidays by following these examples:
1. Accepting people as they are and not thinking about how they should
be.
2. Thinking more of others in need rather than your own material
wants.
3. Sharing the holiday spirit with those who need it most.
4. Appreciating at least one positive thing about everyone you meet.
5. Giving everyone the gift of your smile and the compassion in your
heart.
