Deadline Approaching for PK-3 Center Requests - February 1, 2015

This serves as a reminder that is you are interested in your child attending the alternate PK-3 center for the 2015-16 school year the District requests that you complete the application form and follow the directions provided for submitting the application.  The application form is available in each elementary center or you may download the application from the Benton Community website. You only need to complete an application if you are requesting that your child attend the PK-3 attendance center outside the board approved attendance center based on your director district of residence. 

We are requesting that application forms be submitted for students currently attending Benton Community no later than February 1, 2015. We are requesting that applications for preschool programming be completed by March 1, 2015. You must complete an application for each child that you are making a building request for and you will only have to complete the application process one time per child.
